The AC Milan vs Inter Milan live stream in the Derby della Madonnina will decide the new Serie A champions.
AC Milan made two changes as Olivier Giroud - who has three goals and two assists in four matches - came in for Ante Rebic, while Simon Kjaer replaced Fikayo Tomori at the back.
Inter Milan also made two changes, with Nicolo Barella and Joaquin Correa replacing Roberto Gagliardini and Lautaro Martinez.
The match was played at the San Siro in Milan, Italy, and was refereed by Daniele Orsato.
AC Milan started the match brightly and had the first chance of the game when Rafael Leao fired wide from inside the box.
Inter Milan grew into the game and took the lead in the 34th minute when Edin Dzeko scored from close range.
AC Milan equalised in the 55th minute when Olivier Giroud scored from the penalty spot.
Inter Milan regained the lead in the 60th minute when Federico Dimarco scored a stunning goal from outside the box.
AC Milan were reduced to 10 men in the 75th minute when Sandro Tonali was sent off for a second bookable offence.
Inter Milan took advantage of their numerical advantage and scored three goals in the final 15 minutes to seal a comfortable victory.
The win means that Inter Milan are now three points clear of AC Milan at the top of the Serie A table with just two games remaining.
AC Milan will need to win their remaining two games and hope that Inter Milan drop points in order to win the title.
